Location: Must be based in the US and aligned to Eastern Time (ET) business hours

What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders to document and refine MFP business processes and workflows.
- Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including script writing and defect tracking.
- Develop end-user training materials such as job aids and reference guides.
- Create and maintain business requirements documentation and functional specifications.
- Act as a subject-matter expert during go-live and hypercare periods.
- Facilitate workshops with planning, merchandising, and finance teams to validate solution design.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US and available during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
- Hands-on experience with Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) processes.
- Strong background in retail planning or retail operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting UAT in retail systems implementations.
- Proven ability to write clear use cases, business requirements, and functional documentation.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills for presenting to leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience with Board or Tulio planning platforms.
- Familiarity with demand forecasting or supply chain planning.
- Prior consulting or staff augmentation experience.
- Experience with Agile or iterative delivery methods.
