What you will do

• Define business requirements in collaboration with customers and vendors.
• Create and maintain documentation including Quotes and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Bridge business needs with technical requirements through clear dataflows.
• Communicate requirements to development teams to estimate level of effort.
• Ensure adherence to security, availability, and privacy policies.
• Work effectively within an agile project management environment.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Professional knowledge of the project management lifecycle and financial services.
• Experience with RFP software and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Salesforce.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
