Salary: $170,600 - $234,200 plus bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed team of senior Technical Account Managers.
• Own overall technical health across the portfolio, focusing on stability, risk management, and readiness for scale.
• Define and evolve TAM operational processes, including the implementation of Solution Checkpoints.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve tooling, automation, and synthesize customer trends.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for a select group of high-impact, strategic accounts.
• Drive AI-native operations, utilizing automation and technical insight synthesis to scale the TAM organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar post-sales roles.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring technical professionals.
• Solid foundation in cloud platforms, SaaS environments, and system reliability.
• Strong communication skills for engaging both deeply technical audiences and cross-functional partners.
• Must be based in the Atlanta area.
