What you will do

• Own the delivery strategy and execution for the entire project portfolio in Japan.
• Serve as the executive escalation point for key corporate accounts and support pre-sales activities.
• Oversee daily operations, resource allocation, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, and Security to align delivery with product roadmaps.
• Build standardized, repeatable delivery frameworks to transition the organization to a scalable enterprise model.
• Mentor and develop a team of Project and Delivery Managers.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese (100% fluent) is mandatory.
• Extensive experience leading complex technology or SaaS delivery programs.
• Proven track record in managing major corporate accounts and large-scale people management.
• Deep knowledge of the SaaS industry and regular use of AI technologies.
• Experience working with Japanese customers for foreign-headquartered employers.
