What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for funding facilities ranging from R10k to R500k.
- Process and respond to high-volume business funding applications to exceed monthly disbursement targets.
- Interpret business bank data and financial metrics to determine eligibility for Credit Risk assessment.
- Identify existing clients who qualify for higher credit limits based on repayment history and financial performance.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding funding products, pricing, and terms to clients.
- Maintain a rigorous, data-led sales pipeline with factual reporting on forecasts and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Grade 12 qualification is required; a Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business, or Accounting is highly desirable.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to leverage AI tools in a sales environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Zendesk or similar) and proficiency in Excel for data tracking.
- Commitment to internal standards and legislative requirements within a non-advisory framework.
