What you will do
- Lead end-to-end operational readiness and planning for complex customer roll-outs.
- Drive operational performance and delivery against KPIs while improving predictability and quality.
- Inspire and develop high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Act as a senior stakeholder to align Sales, Operations, and Product functions.
- Embed structured governance and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Contribute to and lead key strategic initiatives across the Service Operations estate.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK is mandatory (no sponsorship provided).
- Strong operational leadership experience in a complex, customer-facing environment.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering performance through others.
- Experience managing complex delivery or rollout programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong governance and execution discipline including planning and risk management.
- Ability to influence at all levels and drive alignment across functions.
Nice to have
- Telecoms or connectivity provisioning experience (e.g., Mobile, Ethernet, broadband).
- Experience working across multi-site or large-scale service operations.
- Exposure to wholesale/partner delivery models and supplier management.
- Familiarity with operational tooling and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
