hirify.global is building A1, a proactive AI chat app designed to bring intelligence into conversations, organization, and real-world task execution.

What you will do

  • Drive market entry from early strategy to hands-on execution in collaboration with the Founder.
  • Build and execute hiring plans to source and close high-caliber talent.
  • Support fundraising efforts, including preparing materials and coordinating investor conversations.
  • Establish the company's operating structure and vendor relationships.
  • Manage external positioning, PR, and strategic partnerships.
  • Act as a central operator to track priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and push progress across teams.

Requirements

  • Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles.
  • Strong generalist skills across strategy, hiring, operations, and execution.
  • High agency and ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity environments.
  • Sound judgment for prioritizing tasks and making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Clear and concise communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and partners.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom
