What you will do

  • Lead high-growth transformation, owning strategic direction, market positioning, and full P&L accountability.
  • Drive revenue growth across retention, expansion, pricing, and new customer acquisition.
  • Partner with technology leadership to drive multi-year platform modernization and AI-first product thinking.
  • Build and lead a high-performing senior leadership team across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
  • Establish decision rights and accountability frameworks to increase organizational speed and efficiency.
  • Identify AI-driven opportunities to reposition the product and create competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a P&L owner for a B2B SaaS organization or business unit.
  • Experience leading a profitable software business through accelerated transformation in a regulated environment.
  • Fluency in German and strong English proficiency required.
  • Must be based in or able to be in the Düsseldorf area at least three days per week.
  • Credible AI fluency at the leadership level and experience embedding AI into workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with the German B2B software market, ideally within the healthcare ecosystem.
