What you will do

• Interact and communicate with regional teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
• Support campaign launches and setup on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest.
• Monitor and report on campaign checks across channels/platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and hirify.global’s software.
• Produce daily campaign reports, including pacing, data inputting, and commentary for regional Media Activation teams.
• Organize daily tasks and oversee the work of junior team members, providing guidance and reviewing their work.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• 3+ years experience in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns (experience with other platforms is a bonus).
• Strong analytics skills and affinity for numbers.
• Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing goals and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
