What you will do

  • Deliver and execute a comprehensive maturity roadmap for the in-house live agent collections function.
  • Build and strengthen performance management infrastructure, including baselines and feedback cycles.
  • Drive substantial improvements in collections outcomes with a clear long-term strategic plan.
  • Partner with Analytics, Finance, and Operations to align collections efforts with organizational goals.
  • Lead through organizational ambiguity and transformation to turn investments into results.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 10+ years of progressive collections experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to transform collections operations and deliver measurable financial results.
  • Deep expertise in consumer financial services compliance and performance management.
  • Ability to travel approximately 6+ times per year to Richmond, VA.
  • Experience leading distributed teams in a high-accountability environment.
