Location: Must be based in the US

Compensation: $190,000 – $225,000 + Equity + Bonus

A mobile-first fintech company creating a new credit system that uses real-time financial signals to provide fair access to credit for millions of customers worldwide.

What you will do

  • Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across all business units.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for the CEO, CFO, and leadership team.
  • Develop scalable financial models, reporting frameworks, and analytics tools to support business growth.
  • Define and track KPIs to ensure alignment between financial outcomes and operational execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Treasury, Credit, and Product teams.
  • Support capital allocation, investment evaluation, and M&A initiatives including IPO readiness.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 8–12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic finance.
  • Proven leadership experience in fast-growth, data-intensive environments.
  • Strong financial modeling expertise, specifically in cohorted or vintage-based credit modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and experience with modern FP&A or AI-enabled analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of unit economics, portfolio performance, and risk-adjusted returns.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience with Aleph or other next-gen planning tools.
  • Background in fintech lending platforms or multi-product financial services.
