What you will do

• Support the end-to-end M&A process, including sourcing, pipeline development, negotiation, and due diligence.
• Develop and execute corporate development strategies in collaboration with company leadership.
• Build and interpret financial and operating intelligence models to evaluate target companies and integrate them into FP&A models.
• Create deal materials, briefings, and approval decks to provide investment cases for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct ongoing research on industry trends and shifts to inform the global growth strategy.
• Facilitate the seamless integration of acquired companies into existing business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in Finance or Business Management.
• 1-3 years of experience in business or financial analysis.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship for employment authorization is not available.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience interacting with company executives and managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in investment banking (buy-side or sell-side) or at a private equity firm.
• Background working with SaaS-driven technology businesses.
• Professional consulting experience.
