Salary: $30-$36 Per Hour + Bonus

What you will do

• Conduct individual and group alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions.
• Develop and revise comprehensive patient treatment plans and maintain detailed records.
• Perform intake and readmission services and provide supportive follow-up counseling.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with various community providers.
• Orient patients to treatment program operations and conduct needs assessments.
• Participate in in-service training and ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements.

Requirements

• Must hold an active LADC, ADC, or ADC-T license in the state of MN.
• Knowledge of substance abuse populations, treatment planning, and human social services.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with professional judgment.
• Capacity to react quickly and make effective decisions in stressful situations.
• Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of human behavior for patient rehabilitation.
