What you will do

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging aligned with growth objectives.
  • Build demand generation programs to create qualified leads and increase pipeline contribution.
  • Develop a robust library of sales enablement assets including case studies, pitch decks, and proposal materials.
  • Create a content strategy to position the company as a trusted advisor in AI, software engineering, and digital transformation.
  • Own website messaging, conversion optimization, and SEO strategy to increase organic visibility.
  • Implement AI-driven workflows to accelerate research, ideation, and content production.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in IT consulting, software development agencies, or product consultancies.
  • Proven track record of building marketing strategies that generate pipeline and support revenue growth.
  • Expertise in sales enablement and translating complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and measure impact.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
