What you will do
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging aligned with growth objectives.
- Build demand generation programs to create qualified leads and increase pipeline contribution.
- Develop a robust library of sales enablement assets including case studies, pitch decks, and proposal materials.
- Create a content strategy to position the company as a trusted advisor in AI, software engineering, and digital transformation.
- Own website messaging, conversion optimization, and SEO strategy to increase organic visibility.
- Implement AI-driven workflows to accelerate research, ideation, and content production.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in IT consulting, software development agencies, or product consultancies.
- Proven track record of building marketing strategies that generate pipeline and support revenue growth.
- Expertise in sales enablement and translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and measure impact.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
