Location: Munich, Germany. Regular travel across DACH and Southern Europe is required.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programme across DACH and Southern Europe, including allocation and ROI tracking.
  • Drive net-new reseller and MSP recruitment through targeted co-marketing campaigns with distributors.
  • Build and align marketing calendars and event strategies with key distributor marketing teams.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present performance data, pipeline metrics, and future co-investment plans.
  • Track and report on channel marketing KPIs such as cost-per-new-partner and campaign conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel marketing within a two-tier channel model.
  • Ability to manage large-scale marketing budgets and evaluate ROI.
  • Strong communication skills for assertive participation in QBRs and distributor planning.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across DACH and Southern Europe.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline generation and partner expansion.
