What you will do
- Manage and optimize the performance of external pipeline generation partners across various regions and segments.
- Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation by partnering with Sales and Marketing to convert demand into qualified opportunities.
- Implement AI, agentic workflows, and automation tools to enhance partner productivity and outreach personalization.
- Collaborate with Product and Field Marketing to align messaging with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and business triggers.
- Analyze funnel metrics, conversion data, and pipeline attribution to optimize GTM strategies.
- Establish operating cadences and performance scorecards to track speed-to-lead and opportunity conversion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue operations.
- Proven track record in managing pipeline generation, ABM, and external partner relationships.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.
- Must be based in the US (Eastern or Central time zones).
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working with funnel metrics and pipeline attribution.
- Strong communication skills for writing briefs and executive performance summaries.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, DevOps, or software supply chain domains.
- Expertise in AI GTM tools such as Clay, 6sense, Apollo, or similar automation platforms.
- Experience managing global programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments.
