What you will do

• Lead marketing projects from inception to completion, managing intake, planning, delivery, and analysis.
• Develop comprehensive strategic briefs and project workflows to ensure alignment and clarity across the organization.
• Proactively identify risks and establish backup plans to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
• Establish standardized project management practices, including SLAs and SOPs, to improve overall efficiency.
• Manage production and team budgets, while overseeing social content productions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing partners on quarterly project planning and resourcing.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing creative projects within a marketing environment.
• Proven track record working within a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to develop and manage comprehensive project briefs, workflows, and formal intake processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools, specifically Asana.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience measuring results and aligning them to marketing KPIs.
