TL;DR

Project & Operations Manager (Fintech/Travel): Coordinating operational workflows and cross-functional workstreams for the Mypeak.finance platform and Amitours Group ecosystem with an accent on user onboarding, funding targets, and loan lifecycles. Focus on driving tasks from idea to execution, managing external partners, and optimizing operational metrics.

Location: Remote or hybrid (Riga, Latvia). Working hours are CET-oriented.

What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day operational coordination of the Mypeak.finance platform.
  • Monitor key platform workflows, including user onboarding, funding targets, and loan lifecycles.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams between IT, Marketing, Customer Support, and Compliance.
  • Manage communication with external partners, including legal advisors, payment providers, and tech vendors.
  • Maintain project roadmaps, operational trackers, and internal reporting.
  • Build financing campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders within the Amitours group.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or Project Manager.
  • Experience in Fintech (P2P, Investment, Wealth management) or Travel/Logistics.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and Notion.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and productivity automation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Data-oriented mindset with ability to analyze operational metrics.
