What you will do

• Manage PR communications by drafting thoughtful responses and filtering incoming requests from contractors.
• Develop comprehensive campaign plans using AI tools like Claude and iterate based on CMO feedback.
• Synthesize action items from team meetings and ensure timely follow-through on overdue tasks.
• Coordinate design and print production from brief to delivery across suppliers in Latvia, France, and mountain regions.
• Provide operational coverage across the marketing department to maintain momentum on parallel tasks.

Requirements

• Digital marketing background (in-house or agency coordinator level).
• Fluency in AI workflows, using Claude and ChatGPT daily for document production and summaries.
• Proficiency in task management tools like Asana, including dependencies and automations.
• Experience in vendor coordination with designers and print suppliers.
• Fluent English (C1) and strong working proficiency in Russian.
• Availability for UTC+2 timezone overlap for at least 5 hours per day.

Nice to have

• Ability to assemble landing pages using AI tools such as Claude Artifacts, Lovable, v0, or Framer AI.
