What you will do

• Provide technical direction for backend systems and APIs responsible for ingesting, processing, and routing data.
• Lead architecture discussions and design reviews for core platform components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and product managers to translate feature specifications into implementable code.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust code paired with comprehensive automated test plans.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers on software design and implementation.
• Contribute to internal and external technical blogs to evangelize innovation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building products that leverage large scale data sets using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Experience developing and utilizing REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Agile processes and rapid iterative development.
• Experience developing services for cloud-based platforms.
• Must be able to comply with U.S. government security requirements for access to FedRAMP-authorized systems, which may include U.S. citizenship.
