What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of 4–10 cloud, systems, and software engineers, focusing on performance and career development.
• Drive the technical vision and direction of infrastructure products to ensure reliable and secure global operations.
• Partner with central technology and game teams to solve critical problems across compute platforms.
• Oversee technical design decisions and guide investments in automation and scalable infrastructure patterns.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, and mentorship.
• Ensure the delivery of maintainable and operationally sound infrastructure solutions aligned with engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an infrastructure engineer or in a supporting role.
• 3+ years of experience managing an engineering team.
• Expertise in AWS technologies and Linux systems administration.
• Experience working with Python or Golang.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and software design at high scale.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, USA.
