What you will do

• Lead and inspire a team of infrastructure engineers to ensure high availability and reliability of products.
• Develop and maintain Internal Developer Platforms to improve engineering productivity.
• Build and operate highly reliable distributed systems in a cloud environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and improve the internal engineering experience.
• Own and refine processes and tooling for infrastructure organization.
• Implement observability frameworks for internal services and applications to minimize incident resolution time.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years of management experience leading infrastructure engineering teams.
• Strong familiarity with AWS tools and services.
• Demonstrated experience building and operating highly reliable distributed systems.
• Proven track record in improving reliability and operational automation of complex, multi-tier systems.
• Experience with monitoring systems, incident response, and SaaS operations.
• Strong product mindset with experience delivering large, complex cross-functional projects.
