Salary: $238,000 - $280,000 USD

What you will do
- Define and execute a long-term vision for alliance partnerships to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Activate partner field sales motions through AE-to-AE mapping, spiff programs, and joint enablement.
- Manage executive-level relationships between company leadership and partner executives to sustain strategic alignment.
- Develop joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Solutions teams.
- Bridge partner feedback to Product and Engineering to advocate for integration improvements.
- Track and report on pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and revenue impact using data.
Requirements
- 7+ years of total experience, with 4+ years in partner, business development, or alliance management.
- Proven track record of driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Experience building and sustaining executive-level relationships.
- Strong commercial instincts for monetization strategy, financial modeling, and negotiation.
- Ability to articulate software and API integrations; experience with HCM or ATS platforms strongly preferred.
- Requirement to work from the office 3+ days a week in a hub location.
