TL;DR

Account Director (Strategic Partnerships): Building and scaling strategic alliance partnerships with HCM and ATS platforms to drive measurable revenue growth with an accent on co-sell motions and executive relationship management. Focus on translating integration expertise into partner-sourced pipeline and executing joint go-to-market strategies.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to a hirify.global hub (e.g., San Francisco, CA) and work from the office 3+ days a week

Salary: $238,000 - $280,000 USD

What you will do

  • Define and execute a long-term vision for alliance partnerships to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Activate partner field sales motions through AE-to-AE mapping, spiff programs, and joint enablement.
  • Manage executive-level relationships between company leadership and partner executives to sustain strategic alignment.
  • Develop joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Solutions teams.
  • Bridge partner feedback to Product and Engineering to advocate for integration improvements.
  • Track and report on pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and revenue impact using data.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of total experience, with 4+ years in partner, business development, or alliance management.
  • Proven track record of driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience building and sustaining executive-level relationships.
  • Strong commercial instincts for monetization strategy, financial modeling, and negotiation.
  • Ability to articulate software and API integrations; experience with HCM or ATS platforms strongly preferred.
  • Requirement to work from the office 3+ days a week in a hub location.
