TL;DR

Location: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Hybrid for those near Bellevue, WA or New York, NY; otherwise fully remote.

Salary: $155,000–$168,000 USD Annually

hirify.global helps advertisers measure the brand and business impact of TV and streaming advertising through real-time measurement and attribution solutions.

What you will do

  • Manage all aspects of client selling: prospecting, presenting, proposal generation, relationship management, and closing.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to conduct deep-dive prospect research and draft hyper-personalized outreach.
  • Develop and execute territory account plans to achieve and exceed individual quota responsibility.
  • Position new opportunities and run customized demos to meet prospective client pain points.
  • Navigate complex negotiations and contracting with procurement teams to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Custom Analytics, and the Executive Team.

Requirements

  • Current authorization to work in the United States is required; sponsorship is not available.
  • 5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience in agency, research, or digital media services.
  • Proven track record of selling complex, subscription-based offerings across an organization.
  • AI literacy with experience using LLMs (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) to accelerate the sales lifecycle.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in advertising measurement or creative assessment.
  • Deep understanding of media planning, buying, and ad tech (Linear TV, OTT/Streaming, Addressable).
  • Strong existing relationships with key brand contacts at executive and operational levels.
