TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $195,750 - $225,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead AMER SDR operations, coaching managers and ensuring high-quality SDR-to-AE handovers.
  • Drive global AI transformation by building and deploying an AI-native workflow layer for account research and personalized outbound.
  • Develop a talent pipeline by creating structured progression paths for SDRs to transition into AE roles.
  • Own and analyze pipeline metrics, conversion math, and forecast cadence for GTM leadership.
  • Partner with global peers to standardize and deploy workflows across EMEA and APAC.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SDR or pipeline generation.
  • 3+ years of experience managing managers in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI tooling into SDR workflows.
  • Proven track record of standardizing playbooks across distributed teams.
  • Strong operational rigor in tracking metrics and running forecast cadences.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Background in developer tools, observability, open source, or AI/ML.
  • Experience with product-led (PLG) or usage-based GTM motions.
  • Experience working in a matrixed global organization reporting to a global head.
