What you will do

• Lead and manage junior team members, setting performance goals and conducting appraisals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for financial system implementations and automation initiatives.
• Oversee multi-currency invoice reviews (AP & AR) for UK, EU, and US subsidiaries.
• Manage bank reconciliations, VAT reporting, and corporation tax processes.
• Establish and monitor team performance metrics and maintain robust process documentation.
• Resolve complex stakeholder inquiries and deliver ad-hoc financial reporting.

Requirements

• Experience managing junior members of Accounts Payable & Receivable functions.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Ability to adapt to new systems quickly (SAP and G-suite).
• Strong eye for detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Tax or treasury experience.
• SAP Hana experience.
