• Partner with senior GTM leaders to design revenue modernization strategies using hirify.global's AI Operating System.
• Architect AI-driven workflows mapped to current-state customer processes to drive revenue outcomes.
• Execute adoption and change management initiatives to embed the product into daily team rhythms.
• Quantify measurable business outcomes and ROI through data-driven insights.
• Own the renewal strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing relationships and ROI conversations with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Must be based in the United States.
