What you will do
- Own the Campus Leads Program end-to-end, including recruiting, onboarding, activation, and retention of student champions.
- Design and execute the on-campus event playbook to drive tool adoption.
- Manage cohort operations and maintain high community health through direct relationships with leads and administration.
- Build a strategic pipeline between campus leads and the broader ambassador program.
- Identify target schools and build relationships with faculty, club leads, and accelerator staff to deepen presence.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in community-led growth, campus programs, developer relations, or student marketing.
- Deep familiarity with university ecosystems, including CS programs, entrepreneurship clubs, and hackathon culture.
- Strong builder instincts and a bias toward action and rapid execution.
- Experience with event logistics, cohort programs, or ambassador-style communities.
- English: Proficiency required as it is the company language.
