What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes to support cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Partner teams to enhance revenue generation effectiveness.
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership by providing actionable insights and performance reporting.
• Develop and test new ideas, workflows, and lead sources to improve functional levers.
• Design and manage dashboards and KPIs to measure and enhance team performance.
• Oversee analytics across pre-sales functions to identify opportunities for acceleration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations at high-growth technology companies.
• Proven track record of implementing end-to-end solutions from data collection to execution.
• Strong analytical skills with expert-level proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Ability to break complex problems into actionable solution steps.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional environments.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
