What you will do

• Own the operational performance of shipping flows across carriers and markets.
• Lead initiatives to improve shipping reliability, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Act as the business owner for shipping interfaces, tracking platforms, and label providers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement and fix carrier integrations.
• Translate operational needs into clear technical requirements for the logistics tech team.
• Provide operational guidance to Sales, Customer Service, and Seller Enablement teams.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong practical understanding of EU shipping carriers, delivery flows, and customs processes.
• Experience working with shipping technology platforms, APIs, or logistics SaaS.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and manage vendor tooling.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in English is required.
