What you will do

• Implement comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives and budget compliance.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
• Assess supplier performance and implement improvement strategies for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs.
• Negotiate price reductions and contract terms with vendors.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align purchasing with project timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager, Lead Buyer, or Sourcing Manager.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up or scaling procurement functions from scratch.
• Knowledge of smart locker systems or related technology.
• Prior experience in big-tech environments.
• MBA degree.
