What you will do

• Monitor operational dashboards to maintain workflow stability and visibility.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement preemptive interventions to safeguard TAT and RFT benchmarks.
• Execute demand-capacity balancing by aligning queue volume with available technical resources.
• Act as the primary liaison between planning and execution teams to align priorities.
• Document critical work-in-progress and technical instabilities during shift handovers.
• Drive operational efficiency through Lean-based improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Extensive experience in fast-paced operations such as industrial manufacturing or logistics.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize real-time data from dashboards.
• Proven track record in resource optimization and tactical scheduling.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to exert authority under pressure.

Nice to have

• Practical understanding of Lean Methodologies or Six Sigma.
• Prior experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
