Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually.

What you will do
- Design and coordinate cross-functional outreach campaigns to bundle clinical care gaps.
- Monitor enterprise quality scores and manage milestones for NCQA re-accreditation and audits.
- Partner with the Data team to reconcile payer data and maintain a clean source of truth.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to optimize EHR documentation logic for automated metric capture.
- Define intervention logic and target rules for rising-risk populations.
- Synthesize complex data into performance narratives for MBRs, Board decks, and payer meetings.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations, population health, or quality improvement.
- Strong command of healthcare quality metrics, HEDIS measures, and value-based care frameworks.
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams without direct line-management authority.
- Proficiency with data tools like Looker and EHR systems like Elation.
- Meticulous attention to detail regarding internal documentation and regulatory tracking.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Active RN license with clinical and operational experience.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification.
- Experience within a Health Plan environment.
- PMP certification or formal training in managing complex timelines.
