Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Define and execute the clinical product strategy aligned with organizational vision and healthcare market needs.
• Own the product roadmap, defining goals, themes, and features to enhance clinical value and user experience.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client engagement to validate direction.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, Marketing, and Services to ensure effective delivery and GTM success.
• Monitor product performance, delivery timelines, and risks to ensure execution stays within budget.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software product management, including leadership of large-scale product teams.
• Deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, clinical workflows, and healthcare policy.
• Proven experience managing and coaching multi-disciplinary product management teams.
• Deep expertise in the SDLC, with strong Agile and Scrum experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience with product management tools such as Confluence.
• Experience with Power BI.
