Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for new and existing MLTSS healthcare products.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning and value propositions.
- Partner with sales, engineering, and customer success to ensure successful, on-time deployments.
- Define detailed product requirements and prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and scale product configuration across markets.
- Gather customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and future product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or health tech.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA.
- Proven track record of managing products throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the US and undergo pre-employment background checks.
