Salary: $160,200 - $191,700 a year

Requirements

• 3+ years operating at the Principal or equivalent senior IC level in a Product Management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional command of written and verbal English.
• Deep understanding of the consulting mindset working with executive partners and stakeholders.
• Strong command of modern product management practices including user-centered design, agile delivery, and continuous discovery.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder and have resided in the US for the past 3 years.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare data standards, regulations, and systems such as CMS programs, FHIR, eCQMs, or value-based care initiatives.
• Prior professional services, government, or federal consulting experience.
• Familiarity with procurement and contracting processes in the public sector or a highly regulated industry.
• Experience working directly with CMS, HHS, or similar federal health agencies.
