What you will do

  • Provide service leadership and consultative engagement for a portfolio of 4-5 strategic Workday clients.
  • Manage the intake and triage of client requests, coordinating delivery with internal subject-matter experts.
  • Maintain client optimization and product roadmaps in partnership with service line owners.
  • Lead client governance meetings and produce documentation on service utilization and SLA performance.
  • Coordinate internal functional and technical SMEs to maintain task momentum and delivery timelines.
  • Partner with Sales and Executive teams to identify growth opportunities and win new business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management or service delivery experience in SaaS (preferably Workday).
  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS or Financial Applications consulting.
  • Experience delivering business application solutions via SDLC methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline.
  • Workday application certification or the ability to successfully obtain one.
  • Strong communication and consultative skills for handling difficult conversations and stakeholder management.
