What you will do

• Manage process performance and governance frameworks within the Value Management Office.
• Lead initiatives to streamline delivery, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive measurable value.
• Establish and maintain policies and procedures to support transparency and accountability.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support change and transformation initiatives during organizational shifts.
• Coach and support the Process & Governance Coordinator to build team capability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in governance, process design, and optimization.
• Solid understanding of project governance frameworks and PMO practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be based in the UK within a commutable distance to London or Winchester.
• Recognized certification in project or programme management (PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, APM, or MSP) is preferred.
