What you will do

• Monitor R&D cloud spend, coordinate spending overages, and produce weekly health reports.
• Facilitate procurement activities by aligning with legal, security, and R&D teams to drive approvals and vendor selection.
• Manage vendor relationships, track product renewals, and coordinate billing and budget items.
• Coordinate development cycle planning, including team reorganization and project assignment tracking.
• Create management-level reports and visually compelling presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Manage R&D escalations via JIRA and coordinate translation projects with external vendors.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business analysis within a software/tech organization.
• Ability to align working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, array formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with JIRA and project management tools like Monday.com or Asana.
• Foundational understanding of SQL (SELECT queries) and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
