What you will do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for strategic and technically complex customers.
- Conduct high-quality discovery to translate business goals and operational challenges into structured onboarding plans.
- Guide customers through solution design and system configuration to ensure long-term scalability.
- Manage implementation conversations with a broad range of stakeholders, from operational to executive levels.
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, technical blockers, and adoption challenges.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer handover.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success managing complex engagements.
- Strong technical aptitude for discussing system configuration, workflow design, and integration requirements.
- Expertise in leading customers through structured rollout and change management processes.
- Excellent project, time, and prioritization skills across multiple concurrent customer journeys.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London, UK.
Nice to have
- Experience in workforce-intensive industries such as hospitality, retail, or healthcare.
- Experience with technically involved implementations involving data considerations or complex process design.
