Senior Onboarding Consultant

What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and multi-site implementation projects for upper mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Lead discovery, solution design, configuration, rollout planning, and go-live activities for complex customer requirements.
• Manage operational, technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Identify delivery risks, technical blockers, and adoption challenges, driving them through to resolution.
• Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer handover.
• Improve onboarding playbooks, implementation processes, governance, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
• Strong SaaS implementation experience from kickoff through go-live and change management.
• Technical aptitude covering system configuration, workflow design, integrations, and implementation requirements.
• Experience managing multiple operational, technical, and leadership stakeholders.
• Strong discovery, communication, project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with ownership, sound judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, or other workforce-intensive, shift-based industries.
• Experience with technically involved implementations, integrations, data considerations, or complex business process design.
