What you will do

• Monitor R&D cloud spend, coordinate overages, and produce weekly health reports.
• Manage the procurement layer by aligning legal, security, and R&D teams for vendor selection and approvals.
• Coordinate development cycle planning, including team reorganization and project assignment tracking.
• Handle JIRA escalations from Support, Sales, and Services and coordinate translation projects.
• Oversee accessibility, security, and compliance requirements across R&D teams.
• Organize team events and manage related venue scheduling and budgeting.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business analysis within a software organization.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data analytics) and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience with JIRA and project management tools like Monday.com or Asana.
• Foundational knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and basic SQL SELECT queries.
• Conceptual understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, IBM, or Azure) for cost monitoring.
• Must be able to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
