What you will do

• Manage and drive direct sales engagements into mid-market accounts (250-3,000 users) and strategic partners in the assigned territory.
• Create and implement strategic account plans focused on the deployment of hirify.global products and services.
• Develop and leverage executive relationships with key buyers and influencers during the sales process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning contract bids, proposals, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Negotiate business terms with clients to ensure sustainable, win-win professional relationships.
• Generate a robust sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and provide accurate forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven track-record of selling solutions to mid-size enterprise accounts.
• Consistent history of quota achievement and career growth.
• Experience closing large-scale deals.
• Excellent presentation skills for executive-level audiences.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Must be based in the Central Germany region.
