Salary: $164,000 – $245,000

What you will do

• Drive strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects to translate business challenges into impactful AI solutions.
• Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure generative AI solutions leveraging Writer's platform and APIs.
• Lead the development and execution of proofs of concept (PoCs) and custom demonstrations to showcase transformative value.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite executives and AI leaders, guiding their generative AI strategy.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Champion the adoption of the platform by educating prospects on the possibilities of generative AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Sales Engineering) within high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in generative AI principles, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
• Experience in Python and proficiency with APIs and end-to-end orchestration for AI workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for executive leadership.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions and architect innovative solutions for complex challenges.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Chicago office.
