Supply Chain & Logistics Placement (12.5 months) (Aerospace)

hirify.global designs, manufactures, and manages aerospace products and global supply chains, including aircraft wings, landing gear, and fuel systems.

What you will do

• Support supplier management, monitor delivery dates, track recovery plans, and resolve non-conformances to secure replacement parts.
• Use SAP for purchase order creation, non-conformance processing, stock management, and exception messages.
• Work with Supply Chain Business Partners to communicate operational topics and support identified activities.
• Develop an understanding of ordering management and the wider planning, supply chain, logistics, and transport functions.
• Contribute to digitalisation and continuous improvement through data analytics, process mining, robotic process automation, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Support sustainable projects focused on supply chain decarbonisation and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Must be an undergraduate for the full 12.5-month placement and provide the expected graduation date.
• Studying towards a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or an equivalent subject.
• Project management experience and familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and support projects with aggressive timelines; self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Must complete a BPSS security check; UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control approval may also be required depending on the role.
