Supply Chain Programme Manager (Automotive)

Location: Full-time, office-based role in London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working combines regular in-person collaboration in offices and workshops with remote work. Relocation support and visa sponsorship are available where applicable.

What you will do

• Own supply chain execution and material readiness for prototypes, new product introduction, subassemblies, and fleet launch programmes.
• Translate engineering bills of materials and programme demand into procurement plans, identifying long-lead items and critical-path components.
• Coordinate Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Legal, suppliers, upfitters, and integration partners.
• Track build milestones, resolve readiness issues, escalate risks, and ensure vehicles meet programme timelines and quality standards.
• Define supply chain dashboards and performance metrics covering material availability, cost savings, and inventory cycle-count accuracy.
• Manage supplier compliance, agreements, risk controls, disruption contingency plans, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain programme management, NPI, and hardware operations.
• Strong understanding of BOM management, material planning, and procurement processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional programmes across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk-management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to travel internally as needed.
• Experience with supplier compliance frameworks such as TISAX, ISO standards, and ethical sourcing requirements is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, consumer hardware, or robotics industries.
• Familiarity with TISAX, ISO standards, and ethical sourcing requirements.
