What you will do

• Execute commissioning activities across mechanical, electrical, and process systems on Renewable Gas projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant, and timely execution of works.
• Monitor progress, identify technical risks, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Prepare and manage commissioning documentation, including test protocols, punch lists, and handover dossiers.
• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with HSE policies, project requirements, and legal regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commissioning Engineer on Renewable Gas or Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plants.
• Strong practical understanding of process systems, gas upgrading, utilities, and balance of plant.
• Experience working on complex construction and commissioning projects.
• Good knowledge of P&IDs, electrical drawings, and DCS systems.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across projects.

Nice to have

• Relevant HSE qualifications such as SMSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH.
• Hazardous area certification (e.g., CompEx).
• Additional language skills, specifically German.
