What you will do

• Perform commissioning, servicing, and repair of company equipment on-site
• Deliver technical training to customers to ensure high service standards
• Coordinate with service coordinators to effectively plan and deliver work
• Manage documentation and maintain appropriate stock levels for service agreements
• Produce detailed job reports and obtain customer sign-off
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery

Requirements

• Electrical or mechanical engineering background with a recognized qualification
• Knowledge of steam processes and instrumentation
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads under pressure
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
