Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 per year

What you will do

• Prospect for net new accounts and build strategic relationships with existing customers.
• Manage complex enterprise deal cycles from lead origination to closing and expansion.
• Identify value and ROI for customers through a consultative sales process.
• Drive demand and adoption of hirify.global solutions within the assigned territory.
• Provide accurate forecasting and maintain real-time activity updates in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Proven track record of consistently achieving or overachieving SaaS sales quotas.
• 2-3 years of experience specifically in data management sales.
• Experience selling net-new business and expansion opportunities to C-level buyers.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
