What you will do
- Lead sales growth and account penetration within the Air Force, National Guard, and Army.
- Develop strategic account plans to meet and exceed year-over-year revenue objectives.
- Manage the full federal sales cycle, including procurement and contracting processes.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities through new prospects and existing customers.
- Collaborate with resellers and system integrators to drive mutual customer success.
- Represent the company at tradeshows and demand-generation events.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of on-quota outside sales experience in the defense market.
- Extensive network of key contacts within the Department of War (Army, National Guard, and Air Force).
- Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong understanding of government procurement, FARS, DFARS, and federal contracts.
- BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- Must be based in the USA.
