What you will do

• Lead sales growth and account penetration within the Air Force, National Guard, and Army.
• Develop strategic account plans to meet and exceed year-over-year revenue objectives.
• Manage the full federal sales cycle, including procurement and contracting processes.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities through new prospects and existing customers.
• Collaborate with resellers and system integrators to drive mutual customer success.
• Represent the company at tradeshows and demand-generation events.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of on-quota outside sales experience in the defense market.
• Extensive network of key contacts within the Department of War (Army, National Guard, and Air Force).
• Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong understanding of government procurement, FARS, DFARS, and federal contracts.
• BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Must be based in the USA.
