What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise accounts within assigned territories to drive predictable revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring long-term alignment between client needs and the hirify.global Platform.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles at both plant and corporate levels, including procurement processes.
• Promote and sell the full suite of solutions, including the hirify.global Platform, Threat Intelligence, and Professional Services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Marketing, and Channel Managers to refine execution.
• Drive predictable forecasting and pipeline management using MEDDPICC and Value Selling frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity.
• Direct experience and expertise in the ICS/OT market.
• Proven track record of quota attainment in new ARR within complex accounts.
• Strong relationships with C-level executives and experience in multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Technical awareness of threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity risk strategies.
• Must be based in Germany.
